GOES INTO EFFECT AFTER 2018 FINALS
I. CHANGES TO CASH SYSTEM
a. Each team will receive three (3) free non-transferrable camps per season
- Camps will not roll over, must be used by the Sim 17 deadline or will be lost
b. Daily betting value will be raised to $100 per day
- Each team will be allowed to place one $50 bet and two $25 bets per day
c. Season-end bank cap set at $5000
- Teams will only be allowed to enter each offseason with $5000 in the bank, any team exceeding the cap will lose the excess.
d. Cash claims will be eliminated
- At the end of each season, the following rewards will automatically be dispersed:
1. GM of the Year = $250
2. All-Star/Rookie Sophomore Selection = $50
3. 3PT/Dunk Contest Champion = $50
4. MVP = $100
5. Defensive Player of the Year = $75
6. Rookie of the Year = $75
7. 6th Man of the Year = $75
8. All-IBA First Team = $50
9. All- IBA Second Team = $35
10. All-IBA Third Team = $25
11. All-Defensive First Team = $50
12. All-Rookie First Team = $50
13. Make the Playoffs = $100
14. Make the Conference Semifinals = $25
15. Make the Conference Finals = $25
16. IBA Champion = $250
FOR COMPARISON
2018 IBA SEASON
- 2 free camps ($1000)
- First 100 post bonus ($500)
- $75 daily betting for 25 days of regular season ($1875)
TOTAL: $3375 potential earnings for less-active GMs
PROJECTED 2019 IBA SEASON
- 3 free camps ($1500)
- $100 daily betting for 25 days of regular season ($2500)
TOTAL: $4000 potential earnings for less-active GMs
II. ADDITION OF AN INJURY REDUCTION CAMP
a. The league will add an “Injury Specialist Camp,” which will reduce the length of player injuries.
b. The camp will reduce injury length by 10 days for $250
c. The camp can only be used on a player once per season.
III. INTRODUCTION OF A TRADE COUNCIL
a. A Trade Review Council, consisting of one member from Miami, Boston and Dallas will be established
b. In the event of a disputed trade, the trade will be sent to the Trade Council. The three members will decide if the deal is unfair.

Though claims and the $150 bonus for each 100 additional posts are gone, teams will have the ability to recoup that money, plus some, in betting earnings. Each team is gaining a potential $750 in yearly earnings through the increase, which more than evens out the cash while reducing spam posting for cash.
This change is mainly being made to create a better balance of cash between the more-active posters and the less-active posters. League success shouldn’t rely on ability of GMs to post 50 times per day. Further, it makes management of the cash system much easier for the entirety of the administration staff.
