not even saying its a bad trade. Warriors gave up the best player in exchange for two slightly worse players and years of cap flexibility, but this is a far more significant trade than jaylen brown and draymond for noah vonleh lmfao. And besides, we killed him for that deal. All im saying is the dude has no excuse to not be active this year, same as the 76ers who should run the league for years with embiid the #1 and beal. Jaylen Brown is better than any rookie in the draft. And he traded tic tacs for him. Scott gave up the best player in the league. Bro no shot. There are like 5-6 players in this draft I’d rather have than Jaylen

how is this possible. Jaylen brown sucks lmao. I’m not a fan of developing players (unless JO) but Jaylen right now is worth more than anybody in the draft. In my personal opinion of course bruhhhhh

I'd say 2 at most are going to be better, but 5 are equal you need to go back and revise the draft if this is true lmfao

he made a worst trade earlier in the season. not even saying its a bad trade. The cap flexibility for a young stud is invaluable at this point in the league. Either way not bitching about the trade but it can't turn into LeBron from iba scenario version 2.0 bc that's terrible for the league from two sides. One because the best player would be on a terrible team doing nothing and because a gm with minimal commitment traded away the second overall pick to not pay attention. In two seasons no one else will have a young stud making 4 million. man id love fox and Mitchell to be making 4 mill a year!!! Again i think the trade is fair BUT it's def way more even than is being lead on.Additionally zaire is the only guy the celtics even camped last season and hes low key nasty and cheap as well. Just my two cents as someone who knows how the game works well. Scott knows what he's doing with this trade and the cap implications of having a young stud making 4 million plus Zaire Smith has a potential and low key really nice numerical ratings. It's a very very even and fair trade especially when you consider that Scott has no one to really camp right now and a bunch of expensive contracts two young guys with great potential he can develop to add to that team is gross. Scott knew exactly what he was doing with this trade. Next year he'd have to start blowing it up or trading guys bc of salary so got ahead of it before everyone knew the cap had him by the balls and got rid of his most expensive player and locked in two young guys with potential that are cheap. He essentially said I'll trade my best player to be a title contender for the next five seasons even if it means I don't win again next season and what allows him to do that is the cheap labor from rookie talent.

The trade is fine It's fine if Sam is active, if he's not it's the same shit as you with LeBron. I understand why slick could be annoyed by this everyone gave him shit when he traded with a proxy for LeBron in 1.0.

You guys got a great farm system 1. Sam def got the better end of the deal? 2. You only seem to complain when it doesn't involve one of your boys 3. This actually helps your odds of winning but continue to go off. this is the gray area. Time will tell.

how is this possible. Jaylen brown sucks lmao. I’m not a fan of developing players (unless JO) but Jaylen right now is worth more than anybody in the draft. In my personal opinion of course Not true he's gonna be 24 next year with c potential. He basically can only get better with camps. You can really only camp 3-4 players a season and yeah if you're committed to spending 3-4k on jaylen hell be solid but c'mon man to act like he's better than the draft is ridiculous and just flat out wrong when even with camping he might not be as good as these guys will become. His stats were also brutal including shooting percentages which means he could be in for a rough tc as well. you float this idea out there after saying I don't like to camp guys. Well if you don't want to camp jaylen like the majority of the league at this point he's not a stud. He won't be solid for another 3 seasons bc of camping. You're proving that he's not that good by saying you don't believe in developing players or brown specifically (I don't blame you and I wouldn't want to develop him either, He's the type of player I'd flat out buy for depth tbh or develop while tanking ). It's bullshit there's no value in jaylen brown rn, hell just eat up your cash and you know it. He's a money pit at this point and I'd rather buy 3-4 developed players better than him over camping him. You are literally admitting he's not good enough to justify camping him 3-4 times lol.. At this point he's an ideal career backup. Not to mention the rookie will be locked up for four years at a third of browns price. Sorry for the rant but I hate when GM's do that shit. Your uncamped mediocre player is not a stud and you shouldn't value them as such bc i can camp half the leage to be solid with these camps. Ok the rant is done. Alot of gems in that rant for new gms
